Price increase2026-05-29 Dear Customer, In recent periods, we have been facing ongoing cost increases within the international supply chain. Developments at our suppliers and manufacturers — including significantly higher transportation rates, rising energy costs, and increasing global steel prices — have resulted in higher purchase costs, which we are unfortunately required to pass on in our sales prices. At UltimAir, we have limited these increases for as long as possible to provide our customers with stability and continuity. However, it has become clear that these cost developments are lasting longer than anticipated, making a price adjustment unavoidable. As of July 1, 2026, we will therefore implement a general price increase of 3.5% on the UltimAir product range, with the exception of RF‑t products. This adjustment enables us to continue investing in the quality, availability, and service you expect from us. Temporary fuel surchargeIn addition to the general cost increases, current developments in the fuel market are placing further pressure on transportation costs. To partially offset these unexpected increases, we will introduce a temporary transport and fuel surcharge of 1%, effective July 1, 2026. This fuel surcharge will be calculated on the invoice value of new orders and applies exclusively to deliveries arranged by UltimAir. Orders collected by customers are exempt from this surcharge. Once the situation in the transport and energy markets stabilizes, we will review this surcharge and discontinue it where possible. We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in UltimAir. Placing orders from may 1st until 3:00 PM !2026-04-16 Good news: where the weekday order cut-off time used to be 1:00 PM, you can now place orders on weekdays until 3:00 PM, effective from May 1st. Orders for in-stock products will be delivered the next working day. Please note: Effective from May 1st Deliveries to the Waddeneilanden require one additional working day. |

Aanpassing besteldrempel2024-05-16 Geachte relatie,
Met dit bericht willen we u op de hoogte brengen van een belangrijke wijziging met betrekking tot onze besteldrempel. Vanaf 1 juni aanstaande wordt deze vervroegd van 14:00 uur naar 13:00 uur.
Deze aanpassing zal voorlopig tijdelijk zijn en na een pilotperiode zullen we evalueren of deze wijziging permanent zal worden doorgevoerd. De gewijzigde besteldrempel stelt ons in staat om onze logistieke processen te optimaliseren, wat direct ten goede komt aan u als klant van UltimAir. Zo zal het leiden tot minder vertragingen en een efficiënter voorraadbeheer. Ook kunnen we bestellingen die vóór 13:00 uur worden geplaatst nog dezelfde dag verwerken en verzenden; u heeft bestellingen daardoor nog sneller in huis.
