We as UltimAir, are constantly working to improve our processes. So we have up dated our procedure regarding the returning of products, this because we want to make it easier and simpler for our custumers.
The request for the return of products must be done writing in advance with our return form. This can be downloaded here or call our sales department 0880-318500 or mail info@ultimair.nl for a copy.
After receiving your return product request form and a copy of the invoice, you will receive a confirmation from us within five working days with the return number and an overview of the products which you may return and for what amount you get a credite nota.
The returning must take place within 4 working weeks after receipt of our confirmation. Product that we received after this period will not be taken in for treatment. The return shipment confirmation should be clearly placeds on the outside of the colli/pallet. This accelerates the handling of the crediting.
All goods must be undamaged and in original packaging to return. Not later than three months after the delivery date can be made such a request.
Return requests with a net sales value less than € 150.00 are not taken into consideration. After agreement of our quality control will be credited the agreed amount. Freight costs for the return shipment are always charged to the sender.
Product which o not have our return number, we will not be taken in.
You can retrieve you wrongly returned items within 10 days, after this period we will destroy them.
